Scholarship Application Process
Create or sign-in to your FACTS account
Visit the Facts Grant & Aid Assessment portal to sign in to your account. If you are a new user, click on “Create an Account” to begin the process.

Complete the online application.
Provide accurate and complete information about your household’s financial situation. The FACTS’ application is designed to be user-friendly and can be completed from any device.
Submit the online application
A $45 application fee will be required before your application can be submitted. This is a fee from FACTS and must be paid online through their website. The fee cannot be paid in the school office.
Submit Supporting Documents
After completing the application, you will need to upload all required supporting documents, such as tax forms and W2s. If you are unable to upload the documents, you many bring a copy to the school office. Applications will not be considered complete until all documentation is provided.
Monitor your Application Status
You can check the completion status of your application by logging into your FACTS account. Applications will be reviewed by the school on the dates provided. The school will contact you within 1-2 weeks of said date to inform you of your scholarship status.
